Coach To Coasters – Theme Park Booking Terms & Conditions

1. About Coach To Coasters

Coach To Coasters provides organised and hosted return coach travel to UK theme parks from North Wales.

Unless explicitly stated, we provide transport only. Some bookings may include theme park admission tickets where clearly stated at the time of booking.

By completing a booking, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are made via our website and are confirmed once full payment has been received.

All tickets are sold for coach travel only unless a Coach + Ticket option is explicitly selected.

3. Pickup Locations

Customers must select their pickup location at the time of booking.

Main Route Pickups:Rhyl • Prestatyn • Flint • Deeside • Mold • Wrexham

Feeder Route Pickups:Towyn • Kinmel Bay • Rhuddlan • St Asaph • Denbigh • Ruthin

Feeder routes operate as a transfer service to connect with the main coach.

4. Feeder Route Conditions

Feeder routes:

• Are subject to minimum passenger numbers

• Have limited capacity

• May be cancelled or adjusted if minimum numbers are not met

If a feeder route does not run:

• Customers will be offered an alternative pickup on the main route, or

• A full refund

 

5. Theme Park Tickets

Coach Only Bookings Customers are responsible for purchasing their own theme park tickets.

Coach To Coasters is not responsible for:

 

• The cost of park tickets

• Any changes, cancellations, or issues relating to park entry

 

Coach + Ticket Bookings

Where selected, bookings include both return coach travel and theme park entry.

• Park tickets will be issued prior to or on the day of travel

• Once park tickets have been purchased, they are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Entry is subject to the theme park’s own terms and conditions

 

6. Theme Park Closures & Ticket Responsibility

Theme park operations are outside of our control.

In the event of:

• Full or partial park closure

• Ride closures or limited ride availability

• Adverse weather or operational restrictions

We cannot guarantee access to all attractions.

If the theme park is closed or access is restricted, any refunds, transfers, or compensation relating to park tickets will be subject strictly to the park operator’s own terms and conditions.

 

Coach To Coasters will assist customers in obtaining any applicable refund or transfer from the park provider. However, we are not liable for any additional compensation beyond what is offered by the park.

No refunds will be provided for coach travel where the trip operates as planned.

 

7. Trip Confirmation

Coach To Coasters aims to confirm all trips at least 2 weeks prior to departure.

Customers booking coach-only tickets are advised to purchase park tickets only after confirmation.

Customers who choose to purchase park tickets before confirmation do so at their own risk.

 

8. Departure Times & Late Arrivals

All departure times are approximate and will be confirmed prior to travel.

Passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled departure time. The coach will depart promptly and cannot wait for late arrivals.

No refunds will be issued for missed departures.

Coach To Coasters accepts no responsibility for passengers who fail to return to the coach at the agreed time.

 

9. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

• Purchasing valid theme park admission (unless included in booking)

• Ensuring they comply with park entry requirements

• Returning to the coach at the agreed departure time

 

10. Behaviour & Conduct

All passengers must behave respectfully towards the driver, trip host, and other passengers.

We reserve the right to refuse travel or remove any passenger whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such cases.

No alcohol or illegal substances are to be consumed whilst travelling with Coach To Coasters.

 

11. Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Coach To Coasters is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Traffic

• Weather

• Mechanical issues

• Events outside of our control

No refunds will be issued for delays outside of our control.

 

12. Liability

Coach To Coasters acts as the organiser of coach travel and, where applicable, the supplier of park tickets.

We are not responsible for:

• Theme park ride closures or changes to opening hours

• Queue times or attraction availability

• Individual ticket disputes with the park

Passengers travel at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

 

13. Personal Belongings

Coach To Coasters accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the trip.

 

14. Minimum Passenger Numbers

All trips are subject to a minimum number of passengers in order to operate.

If the required minimum number is not reached, Coach To Coasters reserves the right to cancel the trip.

In this event:

• A full refund will be issued, or

• Customers may transfer to a future trip (where available)

We will aim to provide as much notice as possible.

 

15. Cancellations

Customer Cancellations

• 14+ days before departure – Full refund

• 7–13 days before departure – 50% refund

• 0–6 days before departure – No refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

Seats may be transferred to another person free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

For Coach + Ticket bookings:

• The ticket portion is non-refundable once purchased

• Any refund issued will exclude the cost of the park ticket

 

Cancellation by Coach To Coasters

If a trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings:

• A full refund will be issued, or

• Customers may transfer to another trip

 

16. Agreement

By booking with Coach To Coasters, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

17. Child Height & Free Entry Policy

Some theme parks offer free entry for children below a specified height. Where a “child without ticket” or similar option is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the child meets the park’s height requirements on the day of travel.

Height restrictions are set and enforced by the theme park, not Coach To Coasters.

If a child exceeds the height limit at the park entrance and is therefore refused free entry:

• The customer will be required to purchase a valid ticket directly from the park at their own expense

• Coach To Coasters accepts no responsibility for any additional costs incurred

No refunds or adjustments will be provided in these circumstances.

We strongly recommend checking the park’s official height policy prior to booking.
