1. Booking & Payment

- A booking is confirmed once payment (deposit or full balance) has been received

- Full payment must be made by the stated deadline before travel

- Seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis
 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

- Deposits are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by Coach to Coasters

- If you cancel your place, refunds are not guaranteed and depend on whether your seat can be

resold

- If the trip is cancelled by Coach to Coasters, a full refund will be issued
 

3. Age Policy

- Passengers aged 16 and over may travel independently

- Passengers under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (18+)

- The accompanying adult is fully responsible for anyone under 16 in their group
 

4. Responsibility & Supervision

- Coach to Coasters provides transport only and does not act as a supervisor or guardian

- All passengers are responsible for their own behaviour and safety throughout the trip

- Parents/guardians remain responsible for their children at all times
 

5. Behaviour

- All passengers must behave in a respectful and safe manner

- Anyone causing disruption, damage, or unsafe behaviour may be removed from the coach without

refund

- In the case of passengers under 18, a parent/guardian will be contacted and appropriate

arrangements made

- Alcohol is strictly not permitted on any Coach to Coasters trips
 

6. Travel Times & Delays

- Departure times will be communicated in advance and must be adhered to

- The coach will not be delayed for late passengers

- While every effort is made to run on time, delays due to traffic or circumstances outside our control may occur
 

7. Pick-Up & Drop-Off

- Pick-up points and times will be confirmed prior to travel

- Passengers must arrive at least 10–15 minutes before departure

- Return departure times will be clearly communicated on the day
 

8. Liability

- Coach to Coasters is not responsible for:

• Missed events due to late arrival beyond our control

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings

• Injuries or incidents occurring outside of the coach
 

9. Contact Information

- A valid contact number must be provided at the time of booking

- For passengers aged 16–17, an emergency contact must also be provided
 

10. Acceptance

- By booking a seat, you agree to these terms and conditions - these terms and conditions are in addition to our Theme Park Booking terms and conditions.
